We manufacture steel structures and components of industrial halls and manufacturing facilities, power plants, waste incineration plants, paper mills, warehouses, public utility facilities, sport facilities, hangers, towers, masts.
Our experienced technicians with several years of experience have the required licences to manufacture steel structures (according to EN 1090-1 and EN 3834-2).
Our steel structure offer includes:
- primary and secondary structures of halls, warehouses,
- catalytic reactors, ducts, containers, conveyors,
- flyovers, ladders, barriers, platform grates,
- masts, towers,
- equipment supporting components and other non-standard welded structures,
- overpasses,
- traction grid supporting structures (used on PKP PLK lines).
We operate the required equipment such as:
• Voortman V631 saw and drill – to process components of up to 15 t, 460 mm high and 1050 mm wide (cutting, drilling, marking),
• plasma cutter with the Ajan260 gas burner – to cut sheets of 6 m x 2 m, up to 45 mm thick with the plasma burner and 250 mm with the gas burner
• GEKA cutter, Bomar band saw, MACC band saw, box column drills, semi-automatic welders.
We are able to provide CNC plasma cutting of sheets and cutting and drilling as well as profile marking services.
We also employ qualified technicians including the International Welding Engineer (IWE) certified by the International Institute of Welding so that we are able to supervise the welding processes according to EN ISO 14731. Furthermore, the company employs the non-destructive test (NDT) inspectors with level II certificates for VT, MT, UT and PT according to the requirements of EN ISO 9712. Moreover, the staff responsible for corrosion protection is suitably experienced and holds appropriate qualifications to ensure effective corrosion protection of the structures. The company Quality Control department uses the top-class technical equipment to complete comprehensive non-destructive tests. The company manufacturing process takes places in the hall with the area of 1800 m2 equipped with three gantries with the capacity between 5 and 8 tons as well as forklift trucks and omnidirectional reach trucks.
