Scope of Activities:

  • participate in the entire investment process, from the plan through the coordination of its completion up to the project completion and settlement
  • lead a project according to the contract requirements and the accepted budget and schedule
  • supervise project completion according to the legal requirements and the company standards
  • supervise and manage work of the reporting project team
  • check the work completion times and quality of the individual project team members
  • analyse and monitor costs of the completed projects
  • supervise technical documentation preparation for the completed power and energy line and station projects, and supervise as-built and acceptance documentation preparation

  • prepare technical, and formal and legal documentation,
  • align projects with offices and the investor,
  • coordinate project documentation with other discipline designers.

Scope of Activities:

  • analyse project documentation, prepare construction work take-offs and quantity surveys, and prepare detailed investor and quotation cost estimates,
  • schedule, coordinate and control construction works according to the schedule, technical specifications and occupational health and safety laws,
  • coordinate actions with the subcontractors, suppliers and the project team members to ensure timely and efficient investment completion,
  • monitor work progress, prepare project completion reports and control costs against the budget on an ongoing basis.
